HOW WE WORK

Design doesn't come in a flash of inspiration. It's a process of discovery that takes patience, experience, and communication. At Who Did It Design we've narrowed it down to five steps.

Listen
The first and most important step is listening. We  begin each project by developing a solid understanding  of your company, your customers and your needs. Doing  so helps us to create design solutions that communicate  the right messages and express your unique brand identity.

Research, Discovery
We research the audience, the competition, and the obstacles to success. By understanding our client's business strategy, customers, and competition in detail, we establish a unique, cost-effective presence that builds and reinforces their brand.

Analysis, Strategy
Based on our analysis, we determine key insights that will lead to a bullet-proof single-minded proposition. Utilizing our print and online marketing abilities, we develop campaigns ingrained with a precise message. Through repeated exposure to targeted audiences we increase market awareness, creating long-term customer relationships and motivating consumer acceptance.

Create, Refine
Based on strategic insight, our creative and design minds explore the best ways by which to communicate it simply.

We create visually compelling designs capturing the essence, ambition, and atmosphere of our client's company. Engaging images and color schemes make the information visually appealing, and instantly readable.

In conjunction with corporate websites, we provide services for search engine optimization. We work with our clients to increase their rankings in search engines, allowing them to increase their online marketing presence. We provide extensive reporting, and constantly keep our clients educated on their performance.

We consider our clients' feedback carefully and integrate it into a polished version of the selected work.

Implementation, Production
We implement and execute the deliverables always maintaining the integrity of the approved concept. We release the work to its intended audience and evaluate (review) its performance and consider the most appropriate avenues to further success.
